Creative Producer

Job description

About Krea
At Krea, we are building next-generation AI creative tools. We're dedicated to making AI intuitive and controllable for creatives - our mission is to build tools that empower human creativity, not replace it. We believe AI is a new medium that allows us to express ourselves through various formats - text, images, video, sound, and even 3D. We're building better, smarter, and more controllable tools to harness this medium.
We've raised over $83M and are backed by world-class Silicon Valley investors such as Andreesen Horowitz and Bain Capital. We work full-time and in-person at our waterfront office in San Francisco. We care about creativity: our team includes musicians, designers, visual artists, and engineers.
This role
We're looking for a Creative Producer with strong taste and a background in art direction or filmmaking (or equivalent) to produce the visuals, videos, and materials we use to present Krea to the world.
Some stuff you'll do:
  • Define how Krea presents itself visually by setting the creative direction and bar for all assets we produce.
  • Create the core creative assets for product launches, new features, and ongoing product communication - visuals, motion, video, and presentations.
  • Produce educational content (visuals, videos, demos, tutorials) that helps users understand how to use Krea and what's possible with it.
  • Create assets for enterprise conversations, including demos, workshop materials, and custom visuals used in meetings with partners and customers.
  • Support and help manage Krea's CPP / artist program, working directly with creators and artist to shape outputs and showcase their work.
  • Work closely with product, design, and growth teams to turn new capabilities into clear, compelling creative narratives.

What we're looking for
  • Strong creative background in art direction, filmmaking, visual design, or production.
  • Experience working with generative image and video models, with a portfolio showing thoughtful prompting, iteration, and creative control.
  • Strong motion and editing sensibility, with modern pacing and attention to craft.
  • Excellent taste and a clear point of view on visuals, storytelling, and presentation.
  • Comfort creative across formats: product assets, social content, short form video, and educational materials.
  • Ability to work independently and own projects end to end.
  • Genuine interest in AI tools and creative experimentation.

What we offer
  • Openness to sponsoring international candidates (e.g., STEM OPT, OPT, H-1B, O-1, E-3).
  • Work alongside a world-class team building the future of AI creative tooling.
  • Significant scope and company-wide impact.
  • Competitive compensation (75th percentile of market) with meaningful equity.
