New graduates are encouraged to apply!We have full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities available. New to pediatrics? Donโ€™t worry - we will train, mentor, and support the right COTA who has a heart for helping children and families.Agape provides Physical Therapy (PT), Occupational Therapy (OT), and Speech Language Pathology (SLP) services for children of all ages and conditions living in the Tri-Cities (Richland, Kennewick and Pasco). Agape has been voted BEST Pediatric Therapy clinic in Tri-Cities three years in a row.

Qualifications
  • Must hold a current Washington state Occupational Therapy Assistant license
  • Out of state or a new grad not yet licensed, must be willing to obtain WA COTA license.

Responsibilities
  • Provide therapeutic treatment under supervision of an OT
  • Meet weekly with your supervising OT regarding patient progress, concerns and treatments
  • Develop and train caregivers in home program
  • Maintain patient confidentiality
  • Document clearly and concisely
  • Collaborate across disciplines
  • Attend team meetings
  • Manage time efficiently and follow schedule
  • Maintain active WA state licensure and complete all required CEUs
  • Support clinic culture and mission
