Qualifications- Must hold a current Washington state Occupational Therapy Assistant license
- Out of state or a new grad not yet licensed, must be willing to obtain WA COTA license.
Responsibilities- Provide therapeutic treatment under supervision of an OT
- Meet weekly with your supervising OT regarding patient progress, concerns and treatments
- Develop and train caregivers in home program
- Maintain patient confidentiality
- Document clearly and concisely
- Collaborate across disciplines
- Attend team meetings
- Manage time efficiently and follow schedule
- Maintain active WA state licensure and complete all required CEUs
- Support clinic culture and mission
