We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Aerospace Quality Engineer to join our world-class team at a leading global aerospace supplier. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of quality across our aerospace products and processes, with a focus on AS9100 compliance, quality management systems, and conducting comprehensive audits.

Key Responsibilities
  • AS9100 Compliance:
    • Ensure all processes and procedures align with AS9100 standards
    • Develop, implement, and maintain AS9100 compliant quality management systems
    • Conduct regular internal audits to verify AS9100 compliance
    • Prepare documentation and evidence for external AS9100 certification audits
    • Stay updated on changes to AS9100 standards and implement necessary adjustments
  • Quality Management System (QMS):
    • Oversee the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the QMS
    • Ensure QMS documentation is current, accessible, and followed by all relevant personnel
    • Train employees on QMS procedures and best practices
    • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to quality and implement corrective actions as needed
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate quality processes throughout the organization
  • Audits:
    • Plan and conduct internal quality audits across all departments
    • Prepare for and support external audits by customers, regulatory bodies, and certification agencies
    • Develop audit schedules, checklists, and reports
