Must Haves:

High school diploma or equivalent.
CMM Programming experience.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in aerospace quality or inspection role.
  • Hands-on experience programming CMMs using Camio.
  • Strong proficiency in GD&T (ASME Y14.5).
  • Solid understanding of AS9102 First Article Inspection requirement.
  • Experience with inspection tools (CMM, height gages, calipers, micrometers, etc.).
  • Ability to read and interpret complex aerospace drawings and CAD models.
  • Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems and quality documentation systems

Key Responsibilities:

    Develop, program, and optimize CMM inspection routines using Camio software

    Interpret engineering drawings, models, and specifications with a strong

    understanding of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing)

    Perform and oversee First Article Inspections (FAI) in accordance with AS9102

    requirements

    Generate, review, and maintain FAI packages, including ballooned drawings and

    inspection reports

    Create and maintain detailed inspection plans and quality documentation

    Analyze inspection data and provide feedback to engineering and manufacturing

    teams

    Support root cause analysis and corrective actions for nonconforming products

    Collaborate with manufacturing and design teams to improve product quality and

    manufacturability

    Ensure compliance with customer, regulatory, and internal quality standards
