Job description

Industrial Administrative Assistant
PSC Group is hiring a full-time Administrative Assistant. The Administrative Coordinator is responsible for supporting payroll processing, billing, HR administration, operational reporting, and site administrative functions across multiple customer accounts. This role serves as a central point of coordination between operations, leadership, employees, and external systems to ensure payroll accuracy, billing compliance, employee onboarding, reporting, and administrative efficiency. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple systems and priorities in a fast-paced operational environment.
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Process and manage paperwork related to the traffic flow in and out of the plant
  • Communicate regularly with customers and well as plant representatives
  • Handles various administrative tasks and support to operational needs of the site
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results and all duties as assigned Completes any other duties that may be assigned to complete the job
  • Manage weekly and monthly billing through AES systems.
  • Generate payroll and operational reports using Power BI and Dayforce.
  • Track and calculate site-wide manhours and submit monthly reports.
  • Coordinate onboarding of new employees including documentation and system setup.
  • Initiate and track drug screens and background checks for new hires.
  • Track employee uniforms, recognition programs, and milestone achievements.
  • Submit and track SAP access requests for employees.
  • Submit and monitor IT support tickets to resolution.
  • Serve as the focal point for site purchasing and receiving including PPE, office supplies, EOM, and uniforms.
  • Provide administrative and operational support to site leadership and employees.
  • Schedule, coordinate, and prepare materials for meetings.
  • Coordinate company events and serve as the primary communication point for event planning.

Job Qualifications:
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word and PowerPoint)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines on a consistent basis
• Maintain high level of confidentiality and professionalism
• May require a valid Driver's License and / or a valid TWIC card, depending on work location
• 18 years or older and legally able to work in the U.S.
• Pass a drug screen, physical, and background check
• Wear all required PPE without restriction and pass any required medical exams
• Speak, write, read fluent English
• Regular on-site attendance and punctuality is required
• Previous military experience and proven ability to follow procedures is a plus
Schedule:
  • Monday- Friday 8 hour days

Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday Day Shift (Some weekends required)
