Job Description: Turning Point Action is seeking a well-experienced and highly motivated individual who is responsible for providing comprehensive training to employees for our Chase the Vote initiative. Day-to-day responsibilities will include coaching Ballot Chasing Representatives to ensure they meet operational objectives, preparing learning materials and presentations for trainees, presenting training guides, and identifying training needs to equip trainees to be eective in the field. Other duties will also include, but are not limited to, working closely with members of the strategic team and Ballot Chasing Managers to develop training courses and establish methods to track employee training performance. The Ballot Chasing Trainer will be expected to have a deep knowledge of our initiative to help employees cultivate their skills and knowledge out in the field.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Relevant experience as a corporate trainer
  • Eective teaching methods and tools
  • Strong communication, presentation, and public speaking skills
  • Eective interpersonal skills to inspire and engage learners
  • Good listening skills that enable trainees to retain important information and apply it in the field
  • Passion for conservative ideas and principles

"WOW!" SKILLS:

  • Certification in training management or program development
  • Knowledge of various teaching methods and approaches
  • Past/present involvement with Turning Point Action, its aliates, and/or political campaigns
