Join Capri-Sun as we build our own Swedish organization from the ground up and become one of the first on the Swedish team that will help grow one of the world's most loved brands while creating carefree moments for children across the country.We are looking for a **Key Account Manager - Away from Home** to join our new sales team in Sweden.**RESPONSIBILITIES*** You are responsible for accelerating the growth and expansion of Capri-Sun in Sweden by actively developing new opportunities and strengthening existing partnerships.* Your focus will be on **emerging channels** (convenience, e-comm), **challenger retailers** (discount, non-food retail) and **beverage wholesale** (OOH, foodservice)* In close alignment with your manager, you develop the commercial strategies for your customers, that create value for both Capri Sun and your customers and implement them* You are responsible for the results of your allocated customers (budgeted turnover, sales, profit, distribution)* You are the first point of contact to your customers* You lead the negotiations at your customers* You influence the relevant stakeholders at your customers to ensure best in class visibility, promotions, brand activations and listings of the Capri Sun brand* You constantly track and analyses markets, competition, customers, pricing, portfolio, placements and promotions.* You own forecasting & reporting for your customers, improve forecast accuracy, identify risks & opportunities* You are responsible for cost planning and cost notifications regarding projects and activities of your customers*Measure of success** Delivery of all internal budgeted volumes, revenue, trade investments and net margin for your allocated customers every quarter.* Weighted distribution as measured in total distribution points, quality of placement in shelves and planograms, promotional volumes and promo pressure, number and quality of second placements, promotion executions* Measurement and improving ROI of instore activities and trade investments.* Forecast accuracy**PROFILE*** Strong commercial FMCG background in brand led Food or Beverage business* 3-5 years national account management experience in Sweden* Commercial acumen with experience in line appropriate to the seniority of the role, including annual price negotiations, promotional mechanics & customer P&L ownership* Growth-oriented professional with curiosity, resilience and persistence; proactively builds the business, identifies new opportunities and demonstrates consistent follow-through despite setbacks* Entrepreneurial mindset with a clear focus on expansion beyond account management* Able to constructively challenge customers and internal stakeholders to unlock step-change growth* High level of accountability and ownership to see projects through to completion* Proactive, practical and execution-focused approach* Clear and effective communicator in verbal and written communication, with experience connecting stakeholders across an organization and applying a structured approach to commercial tasks and initiatives* Excellent presentation skills* Highly skilled in cross-functional collaboration* Used to working in a fast-paced environment and can maintain composure under pressure**WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT*** Competitive base salary and bonus package* Country compliant benefits package* Participate in group leadership and learning programmes* Regular and systematically tracked performance reviews and feedback rounds* A commitment to our sustainability: our ambition is to be the most sustainable kids drink in the world* Working for the biggest kids drink brand worldwide, being available in 120 markets* A fast paced company, with an excellent leadership team and high growth ambitions* Flat hierarchies and lots of opportunity to take leadership* A fast recruitment process with maximum three rounds of interviews### Who We AreWe are the company that makes the whole world smile.
