Join the team at Dahl CDJR in Rochester, MN as a Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager and play a key role in delivering an exceptional vehicle-buying experience. In this fast-paced, customer-focused position, you'll partner closely with our sales team to secure financing solutions, present finance and insurance products, and help guests protect their investment while driving dealership success. If you're motivated by building relationships, maximizing opportunities, and achieving results, this is the career for you.   • Sell finance and insurance products for a profit
  • Follow the internal "road to the sale" process
  • Work with the sales team to acquire financing for guests
  • Successfully overcome objections
  • Maintain adequate knowledge of the products we offer
  • Deliver vehicles and paperwork for sold deals in a timely and accurate manner
  • Work with financial institutions to ensure fast funding, and take care of all CIT, fix held deals and related tasks.
