We specialize in comprehensive building maintenance, commercial cleaning, and support solutions for commercial, industrial, healthcare, educational, financial, and warehouse facilities throughout the United States.
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounting Analyst to join our growing team. This position is ideal for a recent graduate eager to expand beyond traditional accounting responsibilities and gain hands-on experience in financial reporting, data analysis, and business operations.
SUMMARY
In this dynamic and collaborative environment, you will play an active role in analyzing financial data, supporting process improvements, and contributing to informed business decisions. The ideal candidate is analytical, curious, and driven to learn while helping improve operational efficiency and overall financial performance.
Responsibilities
Core Accounting & Data Entry

  • Accurately enter and maintain financial transactions in accounting systems
  • Support accounts payable/receivable processes
  • Assist with monthly close activities and reconciliations
  • Maintain organized and audit-ready financial records
  • Sales Tax Calculations
Reporting & Financial Insights
  • Prepare recurring financial and operational reports
  • Assist in building dashboards and summaries for leadership
  • Identify trends, variances, and anomalies in financial data
  • Translate data into clear, actionable insights
Data Analysis & Process Improvement
  • Analyze large data sets to support business decisions
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to gather and validate data
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve accuracy
  • Support ad hoc analysis and special projects
Requirements
What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
