Automotive Technician (A or B+ Level) – $100k+ Annual Potential

Location: Smithfield, NC
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Pay Rate: $25 – $45/hr (Flat Rate)
Earning Potential: $70K – $100K+ annually
Pay Schedule: Weekly

Position Summary

We're hiring experienced Automotive Technicians (A or B+ Level) for a well-established, high-volume shop in Smithfield, NC! This is a full-time, Monday–Friday opportunity offering strong pay, consistent workflow, and a family-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform diagnostics and repairs on domestic, Asian, and some European vehicles
  • Complete brake, suspension, steering, and drivetrain repairs
  • Handle light to advanced diagnostics depending on experience level
  • Perform maintenance services including fluid flushes, filters, and inspections
  • Accurately document repairs and communicate findings with service advisors
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and customer satisfaction

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience (B+ Level) or 4+ years (A Level) as an automotive technician
  • Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills (especially for A Level candidates)
  • Experience working in an independent repair shop environment preferred
  • ASE certifications are preferred but not required
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid driver's license

Compensation & Benefits

  • Flat Rate Pay:
    • B Level: $25 – $35/hr Depending on Experience
    • A Level: $40 – $45/hr Depending on Experience
  • Weekly pay
  • Earning potential up to $100K+ annually
