About The Job You re Considering
We are hiring a Senior Web Developer with strong hands-on experience in modern frontend and full stack development, and a growing passion for AI first and Agentic systems.
In this role, you will be a key individual contributor building the System of Engagement layer implementing intelligent, adaptive web experiences powered by AI. You will work closely with architects, tech leads, and product teams to deliver scalable, high quality solutions.
Your Role
* Build and evolve modern web applications using React, Next.js, and full stack technologies
* Develop scalable frontend experiences and Backend-for-Frontend (BFF) / API orchestration layers
* Implement AI-powered and agentic features within user experiences
* Contribute to systems that connect user intent AI action
* Work hands-on with:
* AI APIs and integrations
* Agent frameworks and workflows
* Real-time and personalized user experiences
* Collaborate with designers, product managers, and senior engineers to translate requirements into working solutions
* Participate in code reviews and contribute to strong engineering standards and best practices
Your Skills and Experience
* Strong hands-on experience with React.js and Next.js (SSR, ISR, edge rendering)
* Proficiency in TypeScript and modern frontend architecture patterns
* Experience building or consuming BFF APIs, GraphQL, or API orchestration layers
* Understanding of performance optimization, scalability, and web best practices
* Hands-on exposure to AI integrations such as OpenAI, Claude, prompt design, or RAG pipelines
* Familiarity with agentic concepts (planner/executor patterns, tool routing, context/memory)
* Experience using AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Claude Code, GitHub Copilot)
* Strong hands-on contributor mindset with a focus on clean, maintainable code
* Curiosity and enthusiasm for AI, GenAI, and Agentic systems
* Ability to implement experience-first solutions within established architectures
* Solid communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams
* Comfort working across frontend, backend, and AI-integration layers, with guidance from senior technical leadership
