We are seeking a Full-Stack Software Developer reporting into the Software Release & Deployment function. The Software Release & Deployment function comprises of highly-collaborative, well-aligned teams of software engineers dedicated to delivering world class Vehicle Software Update systems. The Full-Stack Software Developer has specific responsibility for driving the development of Ford's global release & update capability across millions of vehicles. This includes delivering Over The Air (OTA) software updates to our customers at scale. We are customer obsessed and want to understand and exceed customer expectations. You'll take pride in writing clean, quality code, but can balance this with business practicality 

The ideal candidate for this role must be able to adapt in a rapidly changing environment and drive consistency of purpose for a complex organization. Prior experience in driving cross functional teams in multifaceted technical and regulatory constrained environments is essential. The candidate will have demonstrated strong collaboration in delivering technical initiatives, quickly turning concepts into functioning code. Prior experience in cloud software engineering or embedded systems in associated industries is an advantage.

3+ working with relational and/or NoSQL databases, database design, and SQL Queries

This position is a salary grade 6 to 8 and ranges from $85,400-$192,900.    
Final determination of salary grade will be based on candidate's skills and experience, and base salary will be set within the applicable range according to job scope, responsibility and competitive market value.
