To thrive as a Full Stack Engineer, you need proficiency in both front-end and back-end programming languages (such as JavaScript, HTML/CSS, Python, or Java), along with a solid understanding of web application architecture and databases. Familiarity with frameworks like React, Angular, Node.js, and tools such as Git, Docker, and CI/CD systems, as well as relevant certifications, are often required. Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer or Front-End-focused Engineer in the FinTech or technology space.
  • Proficiency in modern JavaScript/TypeScript and front-end technologies (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue).
  • Experience with front-end frameworks, component libraries, and state management patterns.
  • Working knowledge of backend systems, APIs, and data integration to effectively collaborate across the stack.
  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies and cross-functional product teams.
  • Experience building responsive, data-driven, client-facing applications.
  • Self-starter with a strategic mindset and strong attention to detail.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Preferred: Understanding of financial products or complex data-heavy platforms (structured products a plus).
