About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our engineering team. In this role, you will design, develop, and deploy scalable enterprise applications using Java, Spring Boot, and React.js. You will play a key role in building high-performance microservices, driving cloud integration on AWS, and delivering modern, intuitive user interfaces.

Key Responsibilities

  • System Design & Architecture: Lead and participate in architecture reviews, system design discussions, and technical decision-making for enterprise-scale platforms.
  • Backend Development: Build, maintain, and optimize robust microservices using Java and Spring Boot.
  • Frontend Development: Design and implement modern, responsive user interfaces using React.js and TypeScript with reusability in mind.
  • Cloud & DevOps Integration: Integrate and manage applications using AWS services (EC2, ECS, Lambda, S3, RDS) and maintain containerized deployments.
  • Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor, refactor, and tune applications for maximum scalability, security, and low latency.
  • Quality & Engineering Standards: Ensure high code quality through code reviews, automated testing, CI/CD practices, and security compliance.
  • Mentorship & Collaboration: Mentor junior engineers, conduct code reviews, and partner with cross-functional product and engineering teams.
