Job Summary:

The Senior Full-Stack Engineer will lead the deployment and optimization of AI agents, architect full-stack systems, and mentor engineers while ensuring high reliability and performance in healthcare environments.
Responsibilities:
• Lead deployment and optimization of AI agents in live, high-stakes healthcare environments, owning end-to-end performance and reliability.
• Architect and scale full-stack systems that integrate with complex EHRs, legacy healthcare platforms, and real-time voice infrastructure.
• Drive technical strategy for customer-facing solutions, collaborating with product and engineering to translate client needs into scalable architecture.
• Mentor engineers and enforce best practices in code quality, testing, security, and HIPAA-compliant development.
• Shape product roadmap by identifying systemic challenges in customer workflows and proposing high-leverage technical solutions.
• Own critical integrations and troubleshoot production issues across distributed systems under strict uptime and compliance requirements.
Qualifications:
Required:
• 5+ years of full-stack engineering experience, with a proven track record of designing, building, and scaling production systems in high-reliability environments.
• Expert-level proficiency in our tech stack (Node.js, TypeScript, React, PostgreSQL), with strong system design skills and experience debugging complex, distributed systems.
