We are looking for a creative, tech-savvy, and bilingual marketer to drive our next generation of web and video marketing services. For over 40 years, CCYP has been the definitive bridge between businesses and the Chinese-American community. In this role, you will work directly with our small-to-medium business (SMB) clients, using cutting-edge AI tools and video editing workflows to elevate their digital presence and supercharge their visibility in the North American market.
The Role
  • SMB Video Production & Editing: Conceptualize, script, and edit high-engagement, short-form and long-form video content tailored for the Chinese-American business ecosystem. You will turn raw client footage or concepts into polished, high-converting video assets.
  • Web & Campaign Optimization: Design, launch, and manage localized web marketing campaigns for our SMB clients. You will ensure their landing pages, CCYP.com profiles, and digital funnels are optimized for high conversion and modern search/answer engines.
  • AI-Powered Workflows: Integrate generative AI tools into daily web design, copywriting, and video production pipelines to maximize output volume without sacrificing quality or brand integrity.
  • Cultural & Strategic Nuance: Ensure all video and web assets resonate deeply with the cultural nuances of the North American Chinese community while maintaining the professional standards of our clients.
Requirements
  • Bilingual Mastery: Absolute fluency in English and Chinese (Mandarin speaking, reading, and typing) is required to successfully communicate with SMB owners and create authentic localized content.
  • Video Editing Competency: Professional proficiency with editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut) and a strong eye for pacing, motion graphics, and audio syncing for platforms like WeChat Channels, YouTube, and Instagram.
  • AI Tools Proficiency: Hands-on experience using generative AI tools for video automation, voiceovers, copywriting, and graphic asset generation (e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney, AI video generators).
