About The Role

FTI's Healthcare practice is seeking a seasoned professional with prior management and hands-on experience in the effective delivery of operational and financial process improvement. As a Senior Consultant, you will leverage your consulting background and/or industry expertise to manage the daily activities of high-performing, interdisciplinary teams to develop dynamic analytical, financial and operational solutions for our clients. You will partner with Managing Directors and Senior Managing Directors to manage projects and be accountable for project scope as well as coordinating multiple work streams to deliver a successful, timely outcome for our clients. You will interact and work primarily with senior management and teams, assessing, analyzing and leveraging operational and financial data to solve complex business issues for our clients.

What You'll Do

  • Perform the day-to-day activities of projects including interaction with client personnel and FTI team members

  • Work with relational database programs (e.g., Microsoft SQL Server, Access, etc.), FTI tools and templates to assess and quantify the areas of healthcare industry and/or analytic focus

  • Complete work across the Microsoft suite (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) as well as other relational database platforms to create analyses and client facing materials

  • Apply qualitative and quantitative skills to various engagements

  • Articulate our findings to client and to assist in strategic planning of ongoing engagements

  • Maintain detailed work paper records of assumptions, methodologies, and information sources employed during the performance of all analytical tasks

  • Assist with internal practice development activities as directed

What You Will Need To Succeed

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Informational Systems, Economics, or related field of study

  • 1 years of post-graduate professional experience

  • Ability to travel to clients and FTI Offices

  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis; the employer will not sponsor applicants for work visas

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1+ years in a healthcare role

  • Experience analyzing data in MS Excel, SQL, Tableau, and PowerBI

  • Experience creating data visualizations

  • Experience recording detailed meeting notes

  • Experience developing PMO tools

  • Experience creating sales collateral materials

  • Experience forming relationships with director level client contracts

  • Ability to write and edit RFPs and LOEs

  • Experience using sales collateral to pitch sales

  • Experience in project management

Compensation
Minimum Pay: $56,000
Maximum Pay: $113,500
Compensation Disclosure: The compensation range reflects potential base salary for the role. Actual compensation is determined based on a wide array of relevant factors including market considerations, business needs, and an individual's location, skills, level of experience, and qualifications.
