How You Will Make An Impact
    • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of network engineers, providing technical oversight, guidance, and career development.
    • Own the design and implementation of enterprise LAN/WAN architectures, including routing, switching, segmentation, and high availability.
    • Lead the design and deployment of SD-WAN solutions across multi-site enterprise environments.
    • Act as the primary escalation point for complex network and security issues.
    • Design and implement Cisco-based solutions, including:
      • Routing & Switching (Catalyst, Nexus)
      • Firewalls (ASA, FTD)
      • Identity Services Engine (ISE) for NAC and segmentation
    • Design and implement Palo Alto Networks firewall solutions, including policy design, threat prevention, and advanced security services.
    • Drive architecture and deployment of Fortinet and Cisco Meraki solutions where applicable.
    • Provide wireless (WLAN) support and design oversight as a secondary responsibility (site design, optimization, troubleshooting).
    • Partner with Sales and Account Teams to support pre-sales activities, including:
      • Client discovery and requirements gathering
      • Solution architecture and design
      • Statement of Work (SOW) development
      • Technical presentations and demos
    • Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted technical advisor.
    • Oversee project delivery to ensure quality, timeliness, and alignment to scope.
    • Contribute to practice development, including defining standards, best practices, and reusable architecture.
    • Collaborate with leadership to identify growth opportunities and expand networking capabilities.
    • Champion modern networking approaches, including SASE, segmentation, and zero trust architectures.
What You Will Bring To The Table
    • 7 - 10 plus years in networking, with a strong focus on LAN/WAN and SD-WAN architectures experience.
    • Proven experience leading or mentoring engineers in a consulting or professional services environment.
    • Demonstrated ability to support sales cycles, including solutioning, client presentations, and proposal development.

    • Strong experience designing and implementing SD-WAN solutions (Cisco Viptela, Meraki, Fortinet, or similar).
    • Solid understanding of segmentation, zero trust principles, and secure network design.
    • Strong communication skills with the ability to present to both technical and executive audiences.
    • Experience developing architecture designs, SOWs, and client-facing deliverables.
