What You'll Do:As an Intern you'll work in a dynamic outpatient environment providing individual, family, couple, and group therapy while collaborating with a multidisciplinary care team.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct initial assessments and provide evidence-based psychotherapy and social-emotional skills training
- Develop collaborative treatment plans and measure progress toward client goals
- Participate in clinical team meetings, supervision, and continuing education
- Provide care in various settings, including in-person, telehealth, and outreach within the community
- Learn about and implement evidence-based practices while delivering client-centered services

What You'll Bring:- Interest in Clinical/Counseling Psychology, Mental Health Counseling or mental health field (required)
- Experience working with children, adolescents, or adults (preferred)
- Familiarity with PC/Windows computers, Microsoft Office programs, and email systems (required)
- Willingness to work on-site in Springfield at least 20% of the time (required)
- Team-based and goal-directed approach to client care (preferred)
- Knowledge of mental health diagnoses and evidence-based treatment techniques (preferred)
