A day in the life...
As a Designer, Print Production you are the bridge between design creation and final execution. You will create and prepare production-ready artwork, implement packaging updates, and ensure all materials meet brand standards, technical specifications, regulatory requirements, and customer guidelines. In this role, you will manage multiple projects simultaneously, partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality work on time and with exceptional service.
What you will be doing...
  • Create and prepare production-ready artwork, line extensions, and print files that meet technical specifications, brand standards, and press requirements to ensure accurate and efficient production.
  • Execute packaging updates and design implementations, including revisions to labeling, legal, nutritional, and regulatory content, while ensuring compliance with customer style guides, brand standards, and production requirements.
  • Coordinate, review, and process approvals for color tests, drawdowns, press proofs, and other production samples to ensure quality, accuracy, and readiness for commercialization.
  • Effectively manage multiple projects and competing priorities, delivering high-quality results on time and with exceptional service.
  • Attend press checks as needed to ensure quality and accuracy.

If visiting our manufacturing plants, you will be expected to:
  • Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) to ensure product quality and maintain compliance with food safety standards.
  • Complete and follow FSQA training and programs to comply with regulatory requirements, ensure consumer safety, and support the plant's food safety and quality objectives.
  • Promptly report and take appropriate action on any observed or potential food safety hazards, process deviations, or non-conformities by notifying the designated plant supervisor, in accordance with your role and responsibilities.
  • Actively contributes to the continuous improvement of the company's Food Safety Culture through engagement and actions aligned with your role.

(Basic Qualifications)
  • Bachelor's degree in Print, Graphic Design, Packaging, or related field or related experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in print production or packaging.
  • Proficient in Outlook, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Acrobat and PowerPoint.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to speak, read, and write English fluently, with or without an accommodation.
  • Organized, self-motivated and proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
