We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced FSQA (Food Safety and Quality Assurance) Manager to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and managing the FSQA program to ensure the safety, quality, and consistency of our products. This role requires a deep understanding of BAP (Best Aquaculture Practices), SQF (Safe Quality Food), FSQA (Food Safety and Quality Assurance), and CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action) systems. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities
  • 1. Oversee the implementation and management of the FSQA program, ensuring the safety, quality, and consistency of products.
  • 2. Develop and maintain food safety and quality systems such as BAP, SQF, FSQA, and CAPA.
  • 3. Lead and manage the FSQA team, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and standards.
  • 4. Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards.
  • 5. Investigate and resolve any issues related to food safety and quality, implementing corrective and preventive actions as necessary.
