The Role
Our client is seeking a Junior Java Software Engineer to join a team developing new and enhancing existing capabilities, primarily using Java. In this role, you will be responsible for providing Tier III support, addressing bug fixes, and testing and debugging software code. You will also perform integration and testing as needed, and collaborate with a team of engineers in an Agile environment to analyze requirements and track issues.
What You'll Bring
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline from an accredited college or university

Four (4) years of additional Software Engineer experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree.
Experience with Java development.
Experience with JMS.
Database experience, such as with Mongo or MySQL.
Experience developing scalable solutions for both large- and small-scale platforms.
Experience working on teams of software developers and integrators.
Clearance Requirements
TS/SCI with FS Polygraph is required. We are not able to upgrade clearances or accept CCAs. Please note, you must have the required clearance for consideration; under-cleared applicants will not receive a response.
