Tenant Improvement Carpenter — Nashville, TN

Do you read a floor plan like a favorite book? Is standing metal studs and hanging board second nature? Are you looking for steady projects throughout Middle Tennessee with a team that values craftsmanship and safety? If so, let’s build together.

What You’ll Tackle
  • Execute heavy and light-gauge metal stud framing for commercial walls and partitions.
  • Hang drywall to specification for clean, seamless finishes.
  • Install ACT (acoustical ceilings) and FRP panels in specialty spaces.
  • Set doors, frames, and commercial hardware with precision.
  • Partner with supers and PMs to meet schedules and solve field challenges.
  • Travel to jobs across Nashville and the broader Middle Tennessee region.
What We’re Looking For
  • 2+ years in commercial interiors (metal framing, drywall, ACT, or FRP) — strongly preferred.
  • Valid driver’s license — required for daily site travel.
  • Spanish conversational or fluent — a big plus for coordinating with our crews.
  • Confident reading and interpreting blueprints and construction drawings.
  • Comfortable and safe with standard carpentry hand and power tools.
  • Team-first communicator with a proactive, solutions mindset.
