What You'll Do

As a Frontline Sales Manager, you will lead, coach, mentor, and support a team of Frontline Sales Representatives while helping drive overall sales performance and guest satisfaction.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and developing Frontline Sales Representatives

  • Coaching and mentoring sales professionals to maximize performance

  • Assisting with closing and finalizing sales transactions

  • Creating energy, motivation, and accountability within the sales team

  • Ensuring sales presentations are delivered according to company standards

  • Supporting representatives throughout the sales process

  • Monitoring production, VPG, and overall team performance

  • Delivering exceptional guest experiences while maintaining compliance standards

  • Maintaining knowledge of company initiatives, industry trends, and regulatory requirements

What We're Looking For

  • Vacation ownership industry experience required

  • Previous Frontline Sales leadership experience preferred

  • Proven track record of sales performance and team development

  • Strong closing, coaching, and leadership skills

  • Ability to motivate and inspire a team

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and accountability

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED

  • Minimum of two years of Frontline Vacation Ownership Sales experience preferred

  • Active Florida Real Estate License or ability to obtain one

  • Ability to maintain production standards and performance expectations

  • Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
