Job Summary:
As a Frontline Sales Manager, you'll be responsible for managing all aspects of the Frontline Sales team's performance by providing leadership to motivate your sales team, achieving the highest level of performance, exceeding goals, and ensuring adherence to the company's quality metrics and standards.
Responsibilities and Duties:
• Deliver required targets by closing FL sales.
• Train, evaluate, and monitor the performance goals of the Front-Line sales consultants.
• Represent the company ethically, morally, and professionally at all times.
• Manage a team of up to 8 Sales Consultants.
• Constructive involvement in daily sales meetings.
• Strategize and guide the Sales Consultants to close sales.
• Attend all scheduled trainings and meetings.
• Develop all aspects of team production and character-building.
• Monitor performance daily to recognize excellence, coach, and mentor opportunities for improvement..
• Ensure the team's adherence to the company's quality metrics and standards.
• Partner with the Recruiting team to assist in building your team.
• All other duties assigned by Senior Management.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Three+ years of Timeshare Sales experience is required.
• Timeshare Sales Management / T.O. experience is required.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred
• Proven sales statistics in a timeshare environment.
• Must have an active Florida Real Estate License.
• Ability to coach and train.
• High-level communication skills.
• Superior customer service/hospitality, team spirit, and eagerness to join a fast-paced department supporting a rapidly growing hospitality brand.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - written and verbal.
• College degree preferred.
• Ability to walk and stand for long periods.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
