We are hiring for a Human Resources Generalist to join our team. This will be a full-time, remote position, located in the United States.

The HR Generalist provides essential day-to-day operational support to the mobile imaging and fixed-site oncology teams. Serving as the initial point of contact for team members and frontline managers on HR-related matters, this role is critical to ensuring policy and process execution. The HR Generalist handles employee relations intake, supports annual HR programs, and partners with functional HR operations to deliver seamless support. This position ensures HR practices embody the organization's core values: Care, Collaboration, and Excellence.

Specific duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Act as the initial point of contact for team members and frontline managers on HR operational questions, including policy guidance, team member development, benefits inquiries, and payroll issues. Respond to routine HR questions and coordinate with Payroll, Benefits, Leave Administration, Talent Acquisition, and HRIS partners to ensure inquiries are routed, tracked, and resolved.

  • Manage employee relations intake with the ER team, conduct preliminary fact-finding for inquiries, and escalate complex issues to the Director, HRBP as appropriate. Assess and triage employee concerns. Support managers with routine performance and attendance concerns and routine disciplinary actions.

  • Support managers with performance appraisals, performance improvement plans, and managerial training. Support geographically dispersed employees and leaders across multiple states; recognize when state-specific employment requirements require escalation; build relationships with frontline leaders who may not work in traditional office settings; support organizational changes, workforce transitions, and position changes; and monitor HR trends across regions and escalate recurring concerns.

  • Ensure consistent application and execution of HR policies and procedures. Assist in communicating and implementing new or updated company policies to the workforce.

  • Maintain accurate employee data in the HRIS. Track and report on key operational metrics. Ensure organizational changes and reporting-line changes are reflected in the HRIS.

  • Other duties as assigned

Position Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Experience

  • 3-5+ years of experience in an HR operational role.

  • Strong knowledge of HR processes and employment laws, including FMLA, ADA, and FLSA.

  • Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion and act as a trusted resource for employees and managers.

  • Proficiency in HRIS platforms, such as Workday, and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Experience with AI tools.
