SUMMARY

The Assistant Customer Service Manager is responsible for assisting the Customer Service Manager in ensuring superior customer service, supervising and managing the Front End team, training and coaching staff to provide the highest standards of customer service and ensuring that all company policies and procedures are followed.ย The Assistant Customer Service Manager will assist the Customer Service Manager in creating a positive store atmosphere for customers and a positive working environment for Associates while fostering the Niemann Harvest Market culture.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Delivers superior guest service and ensure absolute customer satisfaction
