Job description

About the Role

C2 Financial is looking for a warm, organized, and dependable professional to be the face of our corporate office and the person who keeps it running. As our Front Office Coordinator, you'll be the first point of contact for everyone who walks through our doors — staff, loan officers, senior leadership, clients, and vendors — and the go‑to person for keeping the office stocked, welcoming, and running smoothly.

You’ll own the front desk and day‑to‑day office operations, help bring company events to life, and provide administrative and data entry support across the corporate office. If you take pride in creating a great first impression, stay organized under pressure, and enjoy being the person others count on — this role was designed for you.

What You’ll Do Reception & Front Desk (Primary Focus)
  • Serve as the first point of contact for everyone entering the corporate office — from daily staff and loan officers to senior leadership, external clients, and vendors
  • Create a consistently professional and welcoming environment regardless of who walks through the door
  • Handle incoming calls, deliveries, and day‑to‑day office flow
  • Coordinate mail, packages, and courier logistics
Office Environment & Vendor Coordination
  • Order, stock, and maintain office supplies, kitchen items, and equipment so the team always has what they need
  • Keep the office environment clean, organized, and presentation‑ready
  • Contact and coordinate with vendors to resolve office and facility issues — from equipment repairs to building maintenance
  • Set up desks and workspaces for new hires so they’re ready to go on day one
  • Assist with planning and executing company events, meetings, and celebrations
Administrative & Data Entry Support
  • Perform accurate data entry and keep internal records, trackers, and spreadsheets up to date
  • Scan, log, and file documents — including incoming checks and other paperwork — keeping digital and physical files organized
  • Update and maintain internal documents, templates, and shared resources
  • Provide general administrative support to teams across the corporate office as needed
What We’re Looking For
  • 1–3 years of front desk, reception, customer service, or office coordination experience
  • A warm, professional presence — you make people feel welcome in person, on the phone, and in writing
  • Organized, dependable, and able to juggle multiple priorities without dropping details
  • A proactive mindset — you notice when supplies are low or something needs fixing and handle it before anyone has to ask
  • Comfortable with basic data entry and structured record‑keeping
  • Experience coordinating with vendors or supporting events is a plus
  • Background in mortgage, real estate, or financial services is a bonus
Compensation & Benefits

This is a full‑time, in‑office position based in San Diego, California.

Hourly pay range: $21.00 – $25.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.

Benefits include:

  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance
  • Life insurance
  • Paid time off and paid holidays
  • Bonus opportunities
  • Fitness reimbursement
  • Company‑sponsored events
