We are seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Superintendent

Oxford, Alabama Area | Industrial & Commercial Projects

ConstructionExecs is partnering with a well-respected, family-owned industrial and commercial construction company with a strong reputation for quality work, steady growth, and practical leadership. With a solid backlog of projects and long-term client relationships, the company is seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Superintendent to lead field operations and help deliver successful projects across the region.This is a field leadership role for a superintendent who takes pride in running organized job sites, building strong subcontractor relationships, and delivering projects safely and efficiently. The company values experienced builders who lead from the front, communicate clearly, and take ownership of project success. The culture is collaborative, straightforward, and focused on doing good work with good people. Leadership is accessible, decisions are practical, and superintendents are trusted to manage their projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead daily field operations on commercial and industrial projects
