Job description

Our dental office is looking for an experienced and highly motivated Front Office Staff Member to join our team! We are seeking someone who is confident, organized, personable, and experienced in helping patients understand and move forward with their dental treatment.

Compensation

  • $20–25 per hour, based on experience

Schedule

  • Full-time
  • Monday through Friday

Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to)

  • Daily patient follow-ups and unscheduled treatment follow-up
  • Checking patients in and out
  • Insurance verification and benefit breakdowns
  • Answering phones and scheduling appointments
  • Confirming appointments and auditing the schedule to ensure productive days
  • Helping create an exceptional patient experience from start to finish

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of dental front office experience required
  • Experience with administrative front office duties
  • Knowledge of insurance verification and breakdowns
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Comfortable discussing finances and payment options with patients
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Eaglesoft is a plus (not required)
