Kidder Owens Dental is seeking a dependable, organized Front Desk / Administrative Team Member to join our patient-centered, high-performance practice.
This role is ideal for someone who is direct, organized, and schedule-driven — a professional who takes ownership of patient flow, values efficiency, and understands that the front desk drives the success of the day. We are looking for someone with excellent phone skills who is focused on patient/schedule management and is open to using modern technology and AI-based tools to improve workflow.

Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

●      Managing patient appointments and daily patient flow
●      Maintaining an efficient, well-organized schedule
●      Patient check-in and check-out
●      Clear phone communication and administrative follow-up
●      Insurance verification and financial discussions
●      Treatment plan presentation and follow-up
●      Account management, payment collection, and AR follow-up
●      Using practice software and digital tools to support front-office operations
