We are seeking an energetic and service-driven Assistant Front Office Manager to help lead our Front Office team and ensure every guest receives the warm, personalized service that defines the Battle House experience.

About the Role

As Assistant Front Office Manager, you will serve as a key leader within the Rooms Division, partnering with the Director of Front Office to oversee daily operations, develop associates, and deliver exceptional guest satisfaction. This role is ideal for a hospitality professional who enjoys leading from the front, coaching teams, solving challenges, and creating memorable guest experiences.

What You'll Do

  • Lead daily Front Office operations, ensuring exceptional service throughout the guest arrival, stay, and departure experience
  • Coach, develop, and inspire Front Desk associates while fostering a culture of accountability, teamwork, and hospitality excellence
  • Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and urgency, turning service opportunities into memorable experiences
  • Partner with hotel leadership to optimize staffing, revenue opportunities, operational efficiency, and guest satisfaction scores
  • Support recruiting, onboarding, training, and performance management efforts to build a high-performing team

The Ideal Candidate

  • Previous leadership experience in Front Office, Guest Services, or Rooms Operations within a hotel or resort environment
  • Strong passion for guest service, team development, and operational excellence
  • Marriott experience, PMS experience, and knowledge of Front Office operations strongly preferred
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism, flexibility, and attention to detail
