Job description

As a Night Audit Supervisor at Concord Hospitality, you will oversee the nightly operations of the Front Office and Night Audit staff. Serving as the primary contact for guests and hotel departments during the overnight shift, you will ensure smooth operations, accurate reporting, and a safe, welcoming environment.
Responsibilities:
• Supervise night audit employees, including training, scheduling, and performance reviews.
• Reconcile and complete daily front desk work; run trial balance to post rooms and close the day.
• Generate accounts receivable and next-day reports for Front Office, Housekeeping, Sales, and Executive Office.
• Investigate service and safety issues, initiate incident reports, and monitor investigations to timely resolution.
• Check guests in and out, operate telephone lines, and assist with guest needs.
• Escort guests to rooms when feasible and provide courteous support throughout the shift.
• Carry out additional duties and reasonable management requests as assigned.
Qualifications:
• Supervisory experience in front office or night audit operations preferred.
• Strong decision-making skills with knowledge of hotel policies and procedures.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Good telephone etiquette and professional demeanor.
• Ability to work independently during overnight shifts.
• Commitment to guest satisfaction, safety, and operational excellence.
