What You'll Do

As the Office Assistant, you'll help create a welcoming, organized, and efficient workplace for employees and visitors by supporting daily office operations.

Office & Facilities Support

  • Maintain clean, organized common areas including kitchens, break rooms, meeting spaces, and employee collaboration areas.

  • Set up and maintain more than 30 conference rooms and shared workspaces.

  • Restock office, kitchen, and restroom supplies.

  • Water and maintain office plants according to established schedules.

  • Monitor office appearance and address facility needs throughout the day.

Food & Beverage Coordination

  • Receive snack and beverage deliveries and keep refreshment stations fully stocked.

  • Coordinate catered lunches and office food deliveries.

  • Organize kitchen areas and ensure appliances and refrigerators remain clean and organized.

Front Office & Administrative Support

  • Welcome employees, guests, candidates, and vendors with a professional and friendly attitude.

  • Manage incoming deliveries, mail, and packages.

  • Assist with office security by monitoring visitor access and entry systems.

  • Scan, organize, and distribute incoming correspondence.

  • Provide administrative assistance and support special office projects as needed.

Qualifications
