We are growing!

The ideal candidate is an upbeat, professional and reliable person who is looking to work in a multi-specialty office who sees patients of all ages. Your responsibilities include:

-Check-in patients & collect balance/co-pays due prior to services; update patient chart, as required.
-Check-out patients.
-Discuss treatment plans with patients
-Answer and respond to telephone calls with professionalism.
-Complete daily overview of upcoming patient appointments.
-Call and confirm all scheduled patient appointments.
-Make follow up appointments for patients.
-Assist with hygiene recall lists, missed and canceled appointment lists, and treatment plan reports to help fill openings created by cancellations and no-shows.
-Maintain service logs and clinic logs on a daily basis.
-Assist clinic with insurance verification, when requested.
-Assist with front office supply inventory needs.
