The operator will also be responsible for ensuring that all materials are properly segregated and prepared for sale to customers, as well as maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Essential functions
  • Operate frontend loaders to move materials throughout the yard
  • Load material onto trucks, trailers, etc. as needed
  • Ensure that all materials are properly segregated and prepared for sale to customers
  • Assist in maintain accurate inventory records and tracking the movement of materials
  • Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations regarding salvage yard operations
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment, including enforcing safety protocols and ensuring that all employees are adhering to environmental regulations
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management
