About the Opportunity
As an Mobile Equipment Operator at EMR, you'll play a key role in our daily operations at our Hibbing, MN site. In this role, you'll operate equipment to load, unload and transport scrap metal materials within the yard.
Key Responsibilities
  • Operate material handler, front end loader, and other equipment safely and efficiently
  • Perform daily maintenance and inspections
  • Identify and process different types of scrap metal and report load details
  • Meet production goals, keep worksite clean and organized, and assist with other tasks as needed

Qualifications
  • Previous experience operating heavy equipment
  • Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
  • Maneuver in and around equipment to inspect, operate and maintain company property

Compensation and Benefits
  • Monday - Friday, no nights or weekends
  • $21+ per hour, full-time, year-round
