Massage Therapist – Part-Time Employee (Established Office)

Olympic Bodywork Professionals is seeking a licensed Massage Therapist to join our established, busy practice as a part-time employee.

Schedule is flexible

Compensation & Benefits

  • 35% commission plus 20% tip average; After 90 days 45% commission plus tips (Our therapist average $80 hourly with tips while preforming specialty modalities)
  • Opportunity to make more pr hour with a specialty service
  • Commission increases to up to 45% after 90 days
  • W-2 employment position
  • We pay for your liability insurance
  • Compensation toward continuing education
  • Snacks provided
  • Laundry service included, with the possibility of needing to switch over as part of being a team player we have a desk worker present to help you 90% of the time.
  • Front desk handles checking out and rebooking clients
  • Established office with an existing client base
  • What We’re Looking For
  • Current Massage Therapy license (Washington State)
  • Reliable, professional, and client-focused
  • Team-oriented with flexibility to help when needed
  • Willingness to assist with occasional side work (laundry coverage, room turnover and rebooking)
  • Experience preferred, but motivated newer therapists are welcome
