Position Type: Full-Time | Guest Services Leadership
Start Date: As soon as you're ready to lead the front lines of hospitality!
About Us:

We believe the first "hello" and the last "goodbye" are the most powerful moments of any guest stay-and that starts with you. Our hotel is more than a place to sleep; it's where memories are made, travel stress is eased, and warm welcomes become loyal returns. We're looking for a Front Desk Supervisor who's ready to lead with confidence, bring energy to the lobby, and turn great service into unforgettable experiences.

What You'll Do:
  • Be the go-to leader for our front desk team-supporting, coaching, and encouraging every shift

  • Greet guests with genuine warmth, confidence, and enthusiasm

  • Handle check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and all the questions in between

  • Jump in when the line gets long or a guest needs a little extra TLC

  • Resolve guest concerns with empathy, speed, and a "we've got this" attitude

  • Ensure each shift runs smoothly and every guest leaves smiling

  • Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to keep the guest experience seamless

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area that reflects the pride we have in our property

Who You Are:
  • You've got at least 1-2 years of front desk or guest service experience-bonus points for hotel experience!

  • Leadership skills that inspire others to deliver their best

  • A people person through and through-you love helping guests and supporting your team

  • Detail-oriented, organized, and cool under pressure (even when five guests walk in at once!)

  • Able to handle basic tech and hotel software systems with ease

  • Available to work flexible shifts including weekends, evenings, and holidays

  • A positive attitude that lifts others up-especially on busy days!

Why You'll Love Working Here:
  • A supportive team that treats each other like family

  • Opportunities to grow your hospitality career and develop leadership skills

  • Monthly recognition and appreciation events (yes, we celebrate YOU!)

  • Employee discounts for travel, perks, and more

  • Competitive pay, shift flexibility, and advancement potential

Ready to Lead With Heart?

This isn't just a job-it's your next step in a career filled with excitement, guest stories, and growth. If you're ready to bring your personality, professionalism, and passion for people to the front desk, we want to meet you!

Apply today and let's make every check-in a moment to remember.

  • You love creating guest experiences that feel personal, warm, and unforgettable.

  • You're sharp, speedy, and focused-even when the lobby's buzzing.

  • You don't mind staying active-lots of walking, bending, and standing doesn't bother you.

  • Dependable, respectful, and professional-you take pride in your work.

  • You're a quick study and a go-getter who's always willing to jump in and help.

  • Team player to the core, but confident enough to take the lead when needed.

On-the-Job Realities (Working Conditions)
  • You'll be on your feet and in motion for most of your shift-it's great if you like staying active!

  • Lifting up to 25 lbs.? Yep, that'll happen-think luggage, boxes of supplies, etc.

  • Expect plenty of movement: reaching, bending, typing, walking-consider it a workday workout.

  • Sometimes you'll need to push or pull carts, packages, or equipment (don't worry-your team's got your back).

  • Basic math skills will come in handy when handling payments, reports, or balancing the books.
