Front Desk Wellness Coordinator - Chapel Hill, NC
$15-$18/hour Based on Experience + Bonus | Part-Time | In-Person
We are seeking an organized, personable, and detail-oriented Front Desk Wellness Coordinator to join our Durham team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with patients, providing excellent customer service, and contributing to a positive, professional wellness environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Greet patients and members upon arrival and complete check-in procedures
  • Answer incoming phone calls and respond to electronic messages in a timely and professional manner
  • Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments using clinic scheduling systems
  • Process payments and support point-of-sale functions
  • Educate patients on available membership and package options
  • Support patient retention and clinic sales goals
  • Maintain accurate records and complete basic reporting tasks
  • Provide general administrative and front desk support to ensure smooth daily clinic operations
  • Help create a welcoming, efficient, and professional patient experience
Compensation & Hours
  • $15-$18 per hour, based on experience
  • Bonus opportunities based on individual and clinic performance
  • Approximately 25-32 hours per week

Preferred Qualifications
