What is a front desk services agent?

Front Desk Services Agents are professionals who serve as the first point of contact for guests at hotels, resorts, or other hospitality establishments. They are responsible for welcoming guests, handling check-ins and check-outs, managing reservations, answering inquiries, and addressing guest concerns. Additionally, they may perform administrative tasks, coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance staff, and provide information about local attractions. Their role is essential in ensuring a positive guest experience and smooth daily operations.
