ZEN Salon is Hiring!

We’re looking for a polished, friendly, and highly organized Front Desk Salon Coordinator to join our team.


The front desk is the heart of our salon, and we’re looking for someone who understands the importance of providing an exceptional experience from the moment a guest walks through the door.


What You’ll Do
  • Welcome guests with a warm, professional attitude
  • Answer phones and schedule appointments
  • Check guests in and out
  • Manage stylist schedules and help maximize bookings
  • Confirm appointments and assist with rescheduling
  • Process payments and retail purchases
  • Help educate guests about salon services and products
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk
  • Communicate effectively with stylists, management, and guests
  • Help create the high-end level of service our clients expect
What We’re Looking For
