Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time

Salon Receptionist / Front Desk — Whitehouse Salon

Come be part of the Whitehouse Salon team!

Whitehouse Salon is looking for a warm, upbeat, professional, and energetic receptionist to join our team. Our front desk is truly the heart of our salon—it’s where every guest’s experience begins and ends.

We are a busy, beautiful salon with a talented team that genuinely enjoys working together. We take our work seriously, but we also believe a salon should be a happy, positive and welcoming place for both our guests and our staff.

We’re looking for someone who loves people, has wonderful communication skills, is organized and dependable, and enjoys being part of a team. You’ll greet our guests, help manage appointments and schedules, answer phones, assist with checkout and retail, and help keep the day flowing smoothly for our stylists and clients.

Most importantly, we’re looking for someone who naturally brings warmth, positivity and great energy into a room.

There is also an opportunity to grow into a management position for the right candidate. If you are someone who enjoys taking initiative, leading others and becoming an important part of a business, we would love to meet you.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Welcoming every guest with warmth and genuine hospitality
  • Answering phones and scheduling appointments
  • Coordinating stylist schedules and helping the salon day run smoothly
  • Checking guests in and out and processing payments
  • Helping guests with our professional hair-care products
  • Maintaining a beautiful, organized and welcoming reception area
  • Communicating with our stylists and supporting the team throughout the day
  • Helping create the upbeat, friendly atmosphere Whitehouse Salon is known for

What We’re Looking For

We’d love someone who is friendly, polished, positive, organized and comfortable in a busy environment. Strong customer-service and communication skills are very important. Previous salon, spa, hospitality, retail or front-desk experience is a plus.

You should also be comfortable learning salon booking and point-of-sale software and be available for some evenings, Saturdays and peak salon hours.

Why Whitehouse Salon?

You’ll be joining a team that values education, professionalism, kindness and each other. We believe in helping people grow, recognizing great work and creating an environment where people enjoy coming to work.

We offer competitive hourly compensation, salon and professional-product discounts, and real potential for advancement into salon management for the right person.

If you’re someone who loves people, enjoys a beautiful and energetic environment, and wants to become part of a team rather than simply have a job, we’d love to hear from you.

Come meet us and see what Whitehouse Salon is all about.
