In this role, you'll be the face of our organization, welcoming visitors, supporting day to day office operations, and helping maintain a positive and professional work environment.
This is a great opportunity to join a collaborative team in a large, newly renovated office with opportunities for professional growth.
What You'll Do
  • Welcome visitors, clients, vendors, and employees while providing exceptional customer service.
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally and efficiently.
  • Manage visitor check in procedures and maintain front desk logs.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail, packages, and deliveries.
  • Keep the reception area clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
  • Monitor office supply inventory and assist with ordering as needed.
  • Provide administrative and clerical support to various departments.
  • Ensure consistent front desk coverage during business hours.
  • Assist with additional office projects and administrative tasks as assigned.

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 1 to 2 years of receptionist, administrative, or office support experience.
