We are seeking a reliable, organized, and professional Administrative Assistant / Front Desk Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for clients and to support the daily administrative operations of the clinic.
Position Overview:
The Front Desk Receptionist plays a vital role in ensuring the clinic operates smoothly and efficiently. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, professionalism, and a clear understanding of HIPAA regulations and the importance of maintaining strict confidentiality when handling protected health information (PHI).
Key Responsibilities:
  • Responsibilities include:
    • Greet visitors, clients, and employees in a friendly, professional manner.
    • Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls.
    • Schedule and confirm appointments.
    • Check guests in and out and maintain visitor records.
    • Respond to general questions and provide accurate information.
    • Receive, sort, and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries.
    • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
    • Enter and update customer or visitor information in company systems.
    • Perform basic administrative duties, including filing, scanning, copying, and data entry.
