WHAT WOULD YOU DO AS A FRONT DESK HOST

As a Front Desk Host at our hotel, you will have the opportunity to provide exceptional guest service to our valued guests. The main responsibilities will include checking in and out hotel guests, serving as the primary point of contact for guest communications via telephone, email, and mail/message service, as well as assisting with hotel reservations and concierge services. In this role, you will be the face of our organization, greeting guests with a gracious and professional demeanor.

You will verify guests' registration information, collect any necessary additional information such as identification and length of stay, and handle payment transactions. Additionally, you will provide guests with their room keys and guide them to their rooms, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction. When guests check out, you will ensure that all balances are paid and that the room key is returned.
