What You'll Be Doing as a Front Desk Coordinator:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, employees, vendors, and customers.
  • Greet and welcome guests in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls and messages.
  • Manage front desk activities and maintain a professional reception area.
  • Coordinate visitor access, sign-in procedures, and meeting room schedules.
  • Receive and distribute incoming mail, packages, and deliveries.

  • Maintain accurate visitor, employee, and office records.
  • Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments,
