The Role

As a Front Desk Sales Associate, you are responsible for growing the Kaizen community through relationship-driven sales. You don’t sell memberships—you guide people into a better version of themselves through connection, trust, and experience. This role blends service, communication, and performance-based sales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guide prospective members through the full sales journey, from initial inquiry through enrollment and onboarding.
  • Conduct meaningful conversations to uncover each individual's "why" and align their experience with their goals.
  • Lead personalized, experiencedriven tours.
  • Build trust and strong relationships with prospected members.
  • Maintain consistent followup with prospective members and effectively manage the sales pipeline.
  • Drive membership growth by consistently achieving and exceeding membership sales goals.
  • Collaborate with Membership Director on strategy.
  • Represent Kaizen culture and standards at all times.
  • Ownership over KPIs that are built out for visibility into daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, & yearly metrics.
