Job description

Job Summary

As a Waterton Front Desk associate, you will provide efficient service for residents, guests and contractors. You will monitor and maintain a courteous lobby and building environment. Above all, you will have a passion for exceeding resident expectations and providing exceptional customer service.

Your Impact and Job Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain good relations with all residents, prospective residents, and vendors. Communicate in a courteous and professional manner at all times.
  • Assist residents with deliveries, emergencies, telephone calls, recommendations, and maintenance requests.
  • Ensure safety throughout the building by monitoring security systems and access doors and strictly adhering to key check out policy. Retrieve or replace keys as necessary.
  • Provide access for guests, delivery, and service personnel at the request of management and residents. Maintain contractor and visitor log. Obtain identification as required.
  • Act as a central point of contact for residents and staff, effectively conveying messages and requests to the appropriate parties.
  • Monitor entrances and exits, and all activity in the front lobby and property entrances.
  • Maintain a clean and orderly front desk and lobby area.

  • Availability to work a flexible schedule any day of the week.
  • Evenings, weekends and/or holidays may be required.
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to resolve problems and stay composed in high-pressure situations.
  • Must be team oriented.
