We are looking for a dependable Front Desk Associate. to support daily office activity and provide a welcoming experience for visitors onsite in Hilo, Hawaii. This is short-term coverage for a Front Desk Associate is suited to someone who enjoys customer-facing work, stays organized in a fast-paced setting, and can keep front office tasks running smoothly. Responsibilities:

• Welcome visitors and members in person, answer basic questions, and direct them to the appropriate resources or contacts

• Oversee day-to-day reception area activities to ensure the front desk remains organized, responsive, and attentive to detail
